Detailed and thorough prep work with a steady hand make every inch of our work flawless. We take a look at every surface and mark any issues we find which are then repaired, primed, and sanded multiple times. This lets us deliver on what we promise. We work with builders and homeowners to understand their expectations and timeline so that we know what we have to do to deliver the home they desire.

Equipment
The right tools for the job are important. At Concordia Painting, we have invested in the right tools that allow us to deliver a high quality finish every time.
We utilize 2 different Graco sprayers that we use depending on the work. The Graco 495xt is our go-to for the bigger tougher jobs and provides a flawless finish. We are able to spray large rooms and areas quickly and efficiently. The Graco 390PC is perfect for smaller jobs as it’s lighter and more portable. We take a look at the set up and space and choose accordingly.
Our painters have the experience to be able to pick the right combination of Graco equipment, including the right nozzles and tips to ensure the best finish possible.
Sanding Is a big part of what we do, it’s important for the final finish that the surface is as smooth as possible. We use the Festool system for precision results. We carry 3 different models. The RTS 400 is perfect for fine finishing. It allows us to sand tricky corners and detailed trim work more efficiently than hand sanding. The Rotex RO 90 is more robust, allowing us to get through hardened product and contour sanding. Both help us keep the work site clean by doubling as a vacuum that picks up dust as soon as it appears. We also use a larger model to allow us to use the same approach to sand walls and larger areas.
Using the right equipment means no drips, runs, or patches on your trim, doors, millwork, walls, and even ceilings. The most stunning architectural details are free to shine without distraction. We work on homes with coffered ceilings, detailed trims, towers, vaulted ceilings, built-ins, paneling and more. We are up to any task. In addition to structural details, we also work with drywall and specialty finishes such as wallpaper, lime wash, venetian plaster, and micro cement work.

Our team has the experience to keep projects running on time. We take into consideration common hurdles that come up during a job and communicate effectively throughout the process. When something comes up such as an unexpected repair that needs to be done or a higher level finish we reach out immediately to get the job back on track. Our clients are important to us.
